• It wouldn't be cooking if I didn't hurt myself. Shredder accident this time. Just a nick though. #
• It's official. Sugary foods, like donuts, give me heartburn. Let the weight loss commence! #
• Twice now the decaf coffee in my bldg. has tasted like metal and soap. Can't buy it anymore. Must stick to brewing my own. #
• My colds have become much more debilitating and sinister. But still no fever. Can't pretend it's the flu and stay home. #
• UCD Med Center sent me a fundraising appeal. I'd give, but I'm afraid they may not process my gift for three months. #
• Further proof I need more exercise. Two 45+ hour weeks (which ain't much) and my cold has returned, headache, runny nose, sore throat, etc. #
