Out of the mouths of toddlers

I made chili for dinner Sunday night. Jack didn’t bother eating the solids, but he loved the soupy part (where all the heat was — he is my son, after all). At one point he says “It makes my heart happy.”
Some foods are heart-healthy. My chili is heart-happy.
