Insect serendipity

Tags: ,

The July 2007 issue of Sunset Magazine has a sidebar titled “Your bug questions answered.” There is a website, www.whatsthatbug.com, that will help you identify your bugs. If you’ve searched the site and are still stumped, you can even send a picture in.

As you may recall, I was wondering about the bug I found on the roof of my car a few weeks ago. Based on my search, I’m satisfied the bug is a kind of katydid, as Matthew suggested.

Update 7/23/2007: Link fixed (thanks, Talkingpocket).

  1. Talkingpocket says:

your link is wrong…the website is http://www.whatsthatbug.com/. although you have it spelled correctly the hyperlink is set to go to whatsTHISbug instead of whatsTHATbug.com.
