Yahoo! Mail Plus - can’t get no satisfaction.

Canceling your service
We’re sorry to see you go. We strive to provide the best possible service for our subscribers, so we’d appreciate your feedback.
Please tell us why you are canceling your subscription today.
Your candid answer will help as we work to constantly improve our service:
I was a former Oddpost member who received a year of free Yahoo! Plus. I paid to renew my Yahoo! Plus. According to my “Manage my accounts” page, I should be good until 3/18/2008. Problem: My storage is still only 1GB and I see advertisements on my page, including advertisements to sign up for Mail Plus. Ironically, I still have forwarding and POP access.
Furthermore, I complained about this starting March 19th (Re: Ymail - Problem - Problems with Advertisements ([reference number]). I have received several “we’re working on it” emails in response to my inquiries, but there has been no progress. How hard can it be to reset my account? Answer: not very because I’m about to do it myself.
I value my Oddpost email address but I cannot stand (or understand) the poor service I have received from you. You have not striven to provide the best customer service to this subscriber. As a paying customer and one who continues (continued?) to sing the praises of Yahoo! Mail Beta in the face of the gmail juggernaut, I expected better.
Guess what? Apparently it is hard to reset my account because they aren’t letting me cancel it. Bastards. They leave me no choice. Step one is to call the number that appears on my credit card statement (and probably get no one). Step two is to ask my credit card company to rip Yahoo! a new one. They probably won’t do it, but you never know. I like my credit card company. They’ve been very good to me (seriously).
And if any other former Oddpost members who are now getting Yahoo! Mail Plus find this post via Google, please leave a comment and let me know what kind of experience you’ve had.
Update: (4/10/2007) Fixed! Thank you Robin, for the offer, but it looks like all of my bird dogging paid off.
