		<description>The only thing I know about sushi is that you start with the fatty stuff and end with Tamago because somehow cooked egg signals the chef to order up your check.  I also learned that it&#039;s party food, not every day fare.  Thank you, Chie (my incredibly strikingly amazingly beautiful friend from Osaka.)</description>
