According to my most trusted source for news and information, Reader’s Digest, Sacramento is tied for first for cleanest (least dirty, anyway) water! We came in 12th overall for “cleanest city” status, no thanks to our air quality. We did pretty well in the “toxics” and “hazardous waste” categories as well (guess the folks at Reader’s Digest don’t know about the two defunct Air Force bases).
