Uneasy Rhetoric

Hey! Is that Stephen Hawking reading my blog? I know, he’s an easy target. I just signed up for feed2podcast in order to give it a try. This is a service that takes your RSS feed and uses robot readers to read your blog.

It isn’t quite ready for prime time. The automated voice can’t handle contractions (it spells them out – wouldn’t becomes w-o-u-l-d-n-t) and it doesn’t like periods inside of quotation marks. “Yes.” Would come out “yes dot.”

Still, just for kicks, I included the feed URL at the bottom of my sidebar.
