The Spa at La Borgata is actually a VERY &lt;strong&gt;swanky&lt;/strong&gt; place, not skanky

I think the InterContinental will do great.  First, 230 rooms isn&#039;t very much.  Second, the original count was about 276, so they brought it down a little to probably more fit with the Sacramento market.  

Between the groups you mentioned, big firms on Capitol Mall, hopefully visiting profesional basketball teams and other performers, I think it won&#039;t have a problem keeping full hotel on most nights.</description>
