The Spa at La Borgata is actually a VERY <strong>swanky</strong> place, not skanky I think the InterContinental will do great. First, 230 rooms isn't very much. Second, the original count was about 276, so they brought it down a little to probably more fit with the Sacramento market. Between the groups you mentioned, big firms on Capitol Mall, hopefully visiting profesional basketball teams and other performers, I think it won't have a problem keeping full hotel on most nights. Between the groups you mentioned, big firms on Capitol Mall, hopefully visiting profesional basketball teams and other performers, I think it won’t have a problem keeping full hotel on most nights.
