The sign on the door appeared suddenly. It wasn’t there last Wednesday or Thursday when I was there last, but it was there this morning. Sticks: The New Cantonese is shutting its doors at the end of this week. They’ve lost their lease, and it sounds like they aren’t going to relocate.

This is a shame. Sticks was good food. I had only just begun to enjoy the Lo Mein, which really was a cut above. I wish the owners best of luck. I guess I’ll be spending even more time and money at Osteria.
