Uneasy Rhetoric

A few weeks ago, I wrote to complain that the Center for Economic Policy Research was doing an interesting set of seminars called “Basic Economics for Policy Analysis and Self Defense” and would be “podcasting” them. However, there was no evidence that there would be an RSS feed to cast their audio files.

I stand corrected. They just posted the first audio files today and included instructions for subscribing to an RSS feed. I could quibble about the fact that the direct feed link isn’t on the main page for the seminar, but instead I’ll compliment them on providing basic instructions for getting started with podcasts. Most of their audience, I suspect, will be new to podcasts.
