Uneasy Rhetoric

When the boss is away…I got hit by an unexcusable amount (~700) of lurid comment spam this weekend. As a result, I have shut down commenting until I can get some tools installed. You can always email me at john at uneasyrhetoric dot net.

I know the comment link is still active, but trust me. If you try to comment, it won’t work.

Update: Commenting is back on. We’ll see how this works.

Update #2: I’m using Spam Karma. I’m going to live with it for a while, but already one person has had a problem with it — when SK determines an email is suspicious, it will send the commenter to a captcha. The captcha was unreadable. If anyone else has a problem with this, please let me know via email! I’ll only use this if it works.
